This role will also document requirements for a case management system, identify solutions, lead onboarding, and oversee the migration of legacy data into the new system.Key Responsibilities • Develop internal standards, processes, and training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts, • Provide technical writing and editing for security-related documentation, • Define and document requirements for a case and incident management system, • Lead system identification, onboarding, and implementation efforts, • Manage data transfer and migration of legacy incident records, • Create clear, user-friendly documentation tailored to technical and non-technical audiences, • Collaborate with engineers, managers, and security specialists to gather expertise, • Ensure compliance with industry standards, organizational policies, and best practices, • Maintain and update existing security documentation as neededRequired Experience, • Extensive knowledge of physical security principles, systems design, and processes, • Background in large-scale financial institution environments, • Experience with crime, threat, and incident case management systems, • Proven track record in technical writing, editing, and documentation designNice-to-Have Experience, • Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services, • Experience creating training guides and user manuals for security operations, • Exposure to regulatory and audit documentation preparationRequired Skills, • Technical writing and editing, • Security standards development, • Case and incident management documentation, • Collaboration with engineers and SMEs, • Process documentation and training material creationPreferred Skills, • Banking or financial services security knowledge, • Data migration planning and execution, • Compliance and audit-ready documentationAdditional Skills, • Strong attention to detail, • Clear written communication for multiple audiences, • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans We are a Native American-owned, economically disadvantaged corporation that highly values diverse and inclusive workplaces.
