We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Softball Coach to lead and develop our team. The coach will be responsible for organizing practices, developing players’ skills, fostering teamwork, and creating a positive and competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the game, effective communication skills, and the ability to mentor athletes both on and off the field. Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead team practices, conditioning sessions, and game strategies Teach fundamental skills, game rules, and sportsmanship Evaluate and develop individual and team performance Manage game-day operations including lineups, substitutions, and in-game decision making Promote a positive team culture and ensure the well-being of all players Communicate effectively with players, parents, and league/club officials Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of equipment Qualifications: Prior coaching or playing experience in softball (preferred) Strong knowledge of softball rules, techniques, and strategies Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
