The EM leads a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators (select locations), Assistant Services Managers (select stores), Sales Managers and boutique leads. This leader is accountable for all aspects of the guest experience, retail sales, and services businesses, including salon services, boutiques, retail sales, makeup, and guest satisfaction. The EM is accountable for Net Promoter Score (NPS) and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The EM drives their business through a focus on performance (NPS, services, boutiques, makeup, and retail sales), people (guest experience and associate culture), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). This position requires a drive for results, a passion for the beauty industry, the ability to deliver exceptional guest service, and the ability to lead, influence, and develop their team. Process • Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards for the store, including the Infection Control Policy., • Adhere to and enforce Ulta Beauty’s dress code., • Use the company’s scheduling tool as directed to create and adjust schedules, manage attendance in-the-moment, and to schedule the right associates, in the right places, at the right times in order to provide an exceptional guest experience, support service sales and growth, reduce loss, ensure accurate schedules and reporting, and execute company directives., • Use the company’s task management tool as directed to prioritize and execute store workload, including product and marketing resets, pricing updates, inventory related tasks, cleaning, and replenishment., • Protect company assets and minimize loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety, inventory control, cash management and loss prevention., • Execute day-to-day inventory control processes (e.g., known theft, damages, hazardous waste, inventory adjustments, product returns) and complete theft reporting as necessary., • Support continuous improvement by influencing the adoption of company initiatives and technology, communicating expectations, and ensuring the execution of all store tasks., • Utilize company programs, tools, and resources to drive store improvements. SENIOR MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER - ENTERPRISE WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?This position is responsible for referral-based sales of first mortgage and concurrent second loan products to existing and potential private banking and high net worth clients. By partnering with CNB's Relationship Managers, the position will support business development activities of line units and develop sales strategies to attract, retain and expand CNB client relationships through the sale of mortgage loan products and services. Conduct client/prospect needs analysis and develop proposed solutions/sales presentations to meet their needs. Maintain current knowledge of all first mortgage and concurrent second loan products and services offered. WHAT WILL YOU DO? • Services the mortgage needs of Private Banking, Wealth Management and Personal and Business Banking clients whose lending needs can result in moderate to complex transactions. This individual may accompany a senior lender on business development calls and participate as a member of a lending team. Loans are generally super-jumbo in size. The position focuses on the following areas: credit structuring and analysis, assisting Relationship Managers in cross- selling first mortgages and/or establishing new relationships. Position Summary The Event Manager takes a client from the Sales & Contracting conversation to a fully realized event. Through a thorough understanding of the event operations and space functionalities, the Event Manager ensures client satisfaction is reached with an eye for details and logistics. The EM should be able to add significant revenue through the planning process. How You'll Contribute: The installation technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients buildings. The install tech needs to coordinate with project management, field superintendents and others to fully understand their role on specific projects. They interpret our drawing packages to create the basis of the finished systems. This installation can include displays, projectors, loudspeakers, microphones, equipment racks, etc. Will also provide advice and guidance to Associate Installation Technicians as necessary. Associate Director of Practice Management Cooley is seeking an Associate Director of Practice Management to join the Practice Management team. Position summary: The Associate Director of Practice Management will work in partnership with the Director of Practice Management, practice group leaders, department chairs and firm management to provide financial and operational support to department and practice group leadership. This position is expected to employ a wide range of strategic and tactical solutions to help improve the profitability and efficiency of the practice groups, including supporting the development and driving of strategy, business plans, analysis related to hiring decisions, financial, operational and competitive analysis, and work closely with various professional staff teams that provide support to the department and practice groups. The Associate Director will assess the assigned department/practice group(s) strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities, and advise the group leader(s) on recommended action plans to help achieve the group's long-term goals. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Position responsibilities: • In conjunction with leadership, help to develop business plans for various practice group(s) and at the department level, manage implementation, monitor progress and suggest proactive measures to help achieve or exceed plan goals and targets, • Monitors group financial performance, working with Department Chairs and PGLs to address issues and opportunities, • Analyze pipeline and demand metrics and manage capacity planning processes in collaboration with talent management function, • Gather, distill and analyze operational, financial and market-based data in order to provide concise and actionable recommendations to department chairs and practice group leaders, • Collaborate with key firm stakeholder's cross-functionally, including marketing and communications, business development, legal talent, human resources, knowledge management, lateral integration and professional development, on executing against practice plans, • Act as primary point of contact for department leadership on administrative and operational matters, escalating to proper administrative department leadership (i.e., legal talent, HR, marketing, Technology) as appropriate, • Facilitate long-term planning and growth strategies for assigned practice areas and respective department. Aggregate annual hours, rates, revenues, headcount and client budgets for assigned practice areas, • Working with Department Chairs, PGLs; organizes and sets agendas for group Partner meetings and follows up on action items to drive progress., • Coordinate and develop agendas and substantive presentations for practice group meetings, • Provide data and analysis to practice group leadership for PG meetings and presentations to the Board, • Monitor, evaluate and improve key performance indicators of the practice groups, including cash leakage, in-depth realization studies, and utilization, • Collaborate with competitive intelligence on internal and external client, practice and industry studies, • Support the implementation, development and use of practice management tools, • Support growth opportunities and help drive expansion of client relationships in collaboration with the marketing and business development department, • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the overall department leadership function., • Works on strategic and ad hoc initiatives and projects for the practice group, Department and Firm., • Manage and track high priority initiatives of assigned PGs/department., • Communicate initiative status to relevant stakeholders., • Draft internal presentations and internal department-wide communications., • Deliver and share information with clarity and discretion on behalf of the department teams., • All other duties as assigned or required Skills and experience: Required: • After orientation at Cooley LLP, exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications, • Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours, as required, • Ability to travel, as required, • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, actuarial or mathematics-related field, • 8+ years (preferably with a minimum of 4 years senior manager experience) in a directly related role (e.g., a management, finance, analytics or advisory leadership role in a law firm, professional services/consulting firm or financial institution), with proven ability to operate at a senior and independent level, • Law firm, banking and/or professional services experience, • Supervisory management experience strongly preferred Competencies: • Superior problem-solving skills - ability to think critically and strategically to provide analysis and steps for improvement, • Ability to work collaboratively within a team; ability and willingness to adapt to changing business demands, • Ability to exercise good judgment at all times by making sound and practical decisions; ability to assume responsibility for decisions and act decisively under deadlines, • Maintain a high level of professional integrity; ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust, • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, • Discrete and highly trustworthy Cooley offers a competitive compensation and excellent benefits package and is committed to fair and equitable employment practices.
