Job Description Customer Service Representative Government Agency $23.59 per hour Minimum Monday-Friday, (Shifts Below) Phoenix, Arizona (onsite) Contract April 6th-July 31st Why You’ll Love This Job: • Shifts: 5:00am-1:30pm OR 10:30am-7:00pm (shift differential of $1.00 per hour more), • $18.50 per hour base pay plus $5.09 per hour for Health & Welfare Fringe, • If bilingual in English/Spanish – $25.04 per hour, • $19.95 per hour plus $5.09 per hour for Health & Welfare Fringe after successful completion of language certification, • Free access to an on-site fitness facility and painting classes. Also, periodic employee engagement activities like pizza parties, potlucks, and food trucks, • Potential to be hired permanently if the requirements below are met What You’ll Do: • Support a high-volume, federally regulated contact center, • Provide accurate, courteous assistance on passport-related inquiries via the General Information Line, • Follow scripts, guidelines, and quality standards for all calls, • Document interactions accurately and protect sensitive information, • Comply with federal security, confidentiality, and workplace policies, • Maintain punctuality, schedule adherence, and professional demeanor, • Participate in training, certification, and quality assurance, • Accept coaching and feedback from supervisors What We’re Looking For: • Previous customer service or call center experience, • Inclusive hiring focus; preference for candidates meeting AbilityOne eligibility, • We welcome candidates with disabilities and those facing barriers to employment, • There are no disabilities that cannot be accommodated, • Strong verbal communication and listening skills, • Basic computer proficiency; ability to navigate multiple systems, • Ability to work onsite in a secure, regulated environment, follow strict procedures, and maintain confidentiality, • Must pass lifetime criminal background and credit check (no current delinquencies), • Must have a REAL ID, • Spanish/English bilingual preferred, • Must be able to pass MRPT/federal government background checks, • Prior MRPT clearance preferred Apply Today!
