Website: Operador de Montacargas - Turno Nocturno Estamos buscando un Operario de Bodega Nocturno para unirse a nuestro equipo logístico en Texas. La posición se enfoca en cargar y descargar camiones durante la noche, por lo que buscamos una persona responsable, con experiencia en montacargas y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.Horario: • Turno de 7:00 PM a 4:00 AM, • Días laborales regulares: de domingo en la noche a viernes en la noche (no hay operación regular el sábado en la noche), • Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar los sábados en la noche ocasionalmente, con previo avisoPago: $18 por hora (Min 40 horas)+ OvertimeResponsabilidades:, • Cargar y descargar camiones de forma segura y eficiente, • Operar montacargas (experiencia requerida, certificación deseada), • Mover camiones dentro del yard cuando se requiera (no necesita licencia CDL, pero debe cumplir con los requisitos del seguro), • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada, • Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad y operación establecidosRequisitos (según criterios del seguro), • Diploma de secundaria o GED, • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable conduciendo, • Licencia de conducir válida de EE.UU. emitida por el estado de residencia (no se aceptan licencias temporales o de instrucción), • Historial de conducción limpio:, • No más de 3 accidentes en los últimos 3 años (sin importar la culpa), • Sin violaciones tipo A en los últimos 3 años (DUI, conducción temeraria, licencia suspendida, fuga, etc.), • No más de 4 incidentes totales (accidentes + violaciones tipo B) en los últimos 3 años, • No más de 3 violaciones tipo B en los últimos 18 meses, • Sin suspensión o revocación de licencia en los últimos 2 años, • Capacidad física para levantar, mover, empujar y trabajar en diferentes temperaturas y ambientes We are looking for a Night Warehouse Operator to join our logistics team in Texas. This position focuses on loading and unloading trucks during night shifts, so we're looking for a responsible individual with forklift experience and the ability to work independently.Schedule • Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, • Regular workdays: Sunday night through Friday night (no regular Saturday night operation), • Must be available to work occasional Saturday nights with prior noticePay, • $18 per hour (minimum 40 hours) + OvertimeResponsibilities, • Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, • Operate forklifts (experience required; certification preferred), • Move trucks within the yard when needed (no CDL required, but must meet insurance requirements), • Maintain a clean and organized work area, • Follow all safety and operational proceduresRequirements (per insurance criteria), • High school diploma or GED, • At least 3 years of verifiable driving experience, • Valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of residence (no temporary, instructional, or interim licenses accepted), • Clean driving record:, • No more than 3 accidents in the past 3 years (regardless of fault), • No Type A violations in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, suspended license, hit and run, etc.), • No more than 4 total incidents (accidents + Type B violations) in the past 3 years, • No more than 3 Type B violations in the past 18 months, • No license suspension or revocation in the past 2 years, • Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and working in various temperatures and environments
