Job Description Litigation Legal Assistant – Fort Lauderdale What You’ll Do: • Manage attorney calendars, correspondence, client intake, and case files., • Draft, prepare, and finalize pleadings in accordance with state and federal court rules., • Assist with e-filing, discovery, and case management including trial prep and depositions., • Coordinate with vendors, manage exhibits, privilege logs, and production deadlines., • Provide organizational and legal support at trial (jury selection, exhibits, witness coordination)., • Track and record billable time in 3E, process expenses, and support AR collections. What You’ll Bring: • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial litigation., • Strong knowledge of Florida e-filing (state and federal courts)., • E-Discovery and Relativity experience a plus., • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume caseloads., • Strong communication and client service skills., • Ability to manage attorney schedules and deadlines with precision.
