Responsibilities: • Provide support to cleaning teams in various buildings as needed., • Step in during absences, emergencies, or increased workloads., • Clean restrooms, offices, hallways, break rooms, and common areas thoroughly., • Refill dispensers and restock necessary supplies., • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors to ensure cleanliness., • Adhere to OSHA regulations, including SDS handling and PPE requirements., • Maintain effective communication with team leaders and supervisors., • Assist with scheduled monthly or deep-cleaning tasks. Requirements: • Must be flexible with scheduling and building assignments., • Knowledge of OSHA regulations (SDS, PPE, general safety) is required., • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly advantageous., • Previous janitorial experience is preferred., • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work independently., • Reliable transportation is necessary., • Must pass a background check for access to municipal facilities.     Job Description: Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper Company: Mangual Enterprises (DBA Tuffy Tire) Location: Fort Myers, Florida Employment Type: Part-Time About Us Mangual Enterprises, operating as Tuffy Tire, is family owned and operated automotive service provider with 10 locations across Florida. As a small business with a growing footprint, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong financial integrity. We're seeking a skilled and reliable Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team and oversee the financial operations across all stores. Position Summary The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing many aspects of the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a small business environment and enjoys taking ownership of the entire bookkeeping process. Key Responsibilities • ​Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for all 10 store locations, • ​Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, • ​Manage payroll and related reporting (future state), • ​Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, • ​Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking, • ​Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and audits, • ​Monitor budgets and assist in financial forecasting, • ​Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, preferably in a multi-location business, • ​Strong understanding of basic finance and accounting principles, • ​Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software, • ​Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, • ​Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, • ​Part-time: 20–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling), • ​Competitive hourly rate based on experience, • ​Experience in the automotive or retail industry, • ​Familiarity with Florida tax and labor regulations
