Must have sales and strong customer service skills to be considered Leasing Consultant Responsibilities: • Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc., • Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals., • Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy., • If you are looking for a career opportunity in property management this may be perfect first step for you! To learn more about GSF Properties, please visit our website at Requirements:Leasing Consultant Job Requirements: • At least 1 solid years of sales and marketing experience, • 1 year of excellent customer service experience, • Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media), • Organized, • Handle high volume workload and able to multitask well, • Follow directions and work independently, • Able to work Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8am-5pm = 24 hours per week
