Job Description Overview The Laboratory Services Manager leads the day-to-day operations of a microbiological and/or chemical laboratory at a single site. This role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and quality of testing services delivered to a local customer base. The Manager is fully accountable for quality, customer satisfaction, people leadership, financial performance, and workflow management within the lab. Operating with a strong general manager mindset, this leader balances scientific rigor with business acumen and brings an entrepreneurial approach to site leadership. The Laboratory Services Manager takes full ownership of site performance, including P&L management, team development, resource optimization, customer engagement, quality and safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
