Job Description Dulany Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support our in-house legal department. This role provides legal and administrative support with a focus on corporate governance, regulator compliance, entity management, and contract administration. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and comfortable supporting day-to-day legal operations and corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain corporate records, including entity documents, minute books, resolutions, and governance filiings, • Support corporate governance activities, including board and committee materials and meeting minutes, • Prepare, review, organize, and manage contracts, amendments, and related legal documents, • Assist with federal, state, and local regulatory and compliance filings, • Coordinate contract routing, signature collection , and document management, • Support mergers and acquisitions, financing, and other corporate transactions, • Conduct legal and corporate research and summarize findings, • Liaise with internal departments, outside counsel, and regulatory agencies, • Manage legal calendars, compliance deadlines, and tracking requirements, • Assist with special legal projects and other assigned duties Required Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, • 3+ years of experience in a corporate, in-house, or law firm legal environment, • Working knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and compliance processes, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems, • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, • Profession written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA, or equivalent), • Experience in a regulated, industrial, or manufacturing environment, • Familiarity with entity management software and compliance tracking tools Work Environment: • In-person, corporate office environment Equal Opportunity Employer Dulany Industries, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
