Job Description Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires full ownership of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, formal education or training, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. The role of the therapist is to also assist in helping our clients to embrace other parts of their treatment program, which includes learning independent living skills as well as academic or vocational pursuits. The therapist further provides crisis intervention, clinical assessments and monitoring for self-harm, group safety levels, and emotional readiness for events/activities. The therapist is responsible for all written documentation which must be stored at the appropriate time in our EMR system. The therapist is to work collaboratively to establish positive interaction with co-workers, clients and Benchmark customers. The therapist receives clinical direction from the Clinical Director and works in collaboration with the Chief Operations Officer and Program Director and other executive leadership to form a cohesive approach for our clients and families.
