Job Description: The Marketing Content Manager is responsible for developing, writing, and managing compelling content across digital and print channels that support brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including copywriting, SEO-focused content development, and social media management. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a creative mindset, a solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, can adapt messaging for diverse audiences and platforms, and is a self-starter. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Content Development & Copywriting • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality copy for a wide range of digital and print assets, including website pages, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, sales collateral, brochures, technical materials, and event materials., • Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging., • Develop SEO-optimized content aligned with keyword strategies and search intent., • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to improve organic search visibility and content performance., • Plan, manage, and collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to create social media content., • Apply social media best practices to increase engagement, reach, and follower growth., • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on insights and trends. Collaboration & Strategy • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, client success, and engineering) to support campaigns and initiatives., • Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning. Required • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills., • Working knowledge of SEO writing principles and content optimization., • Experience managing social media content for a brand or organization., • Experience in B2B marketing environments., • Familiarity with SEO tools (Moz, Yoast, Google Analytics), HubSpot, WordPress, and social media management tools., • Creative and strategic thinker., • Detail-oriented with high editorial standards., • Collaborative and communicative., • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
