We are in search of a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our Executive Concierge Program, offering comprehensive, patient-focused care to a select group of executive patients. This role integrates preventive medicine, ongoing primary care, and personalized wellness strategies in a unique, concierge-style environment. About Our Executive Concierge ProgramThis program is crafted to provide high-touch, personalized care to corporate leaders and prominent individuals. We focus on prevention, early detection, and wellness enhancement in a discreet and comfortable setting. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough executive physicals emphasizing prevention and wellness., • Provide ongoing primary care for a maximum of 150 patients, including on-call duties., • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with 4 in-clinic days per week (totaling 4.5 days weekly)., • Manage weekday on-call responsibilities for your patients (excluding vacation weeks); share weekend on-call duties with six physician colleagues., • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate specialty referrals and diagnostics., • Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow-up for all patient interactions., • Engage in teaching opportunities and contribute to program development., • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and confidentiality., • Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management., • Be part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service line., • Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to streamline clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature., • Experience a setting that prioritizes safe and equitable care for all patients.Practice Environment, • Dedicated Executive Concierge suite featuring private examination rooms and diagnostic access., • Low patient volume to facilitate extended, unhurried consultations., • Support from emergency and hospitalist teams for inpatient care., • Integrated EMR and care coordination tools., • Reports to the Divisional Medical Director of Executive Concierge.Required Qualifications, • MD or DO from an accredited medical institution., • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine., • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in primary care., • Preferred: 2+ years in Executive Health, Concierge Medicine, Sports Medicine, or a related field., • Active medical license in North Carolina (or eligibility)., • Current DEA registration and ACLS certification., • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Benefits, • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives., • Paid Time Off programs available for eligible roles., • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage., • Retirement benefits, including 401(k) options with employer contributions and access to financial wellness resources., • Flexible spending accounts for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses., • Family support benefits, which may include parental leave, adoption assistance, and surrogacy support., • Educational assistance and professional development opportunities., • Paid medical liability insurance., • Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowances., • Relocation assistance., • Work-life balance.
