Job Description Location: Moline, IL 61265 Job Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated IT Telephony Support Technician to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for providing customer-facing technical support, including Tier 1 desktop support and telephony system assistance. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
