Travel required 50%. Salary range depending on skills and experience @ 85K-90K POSITION SUMMARY Hardware/Software Support for multiple clinic locations in market. Highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to oversee vendor relationships and drive cloud integrations to enhance our technological capabilities. Specialized vendor relations and cloud integration. Play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our IT infrastructure. Responsible for managing vendor partnerships and ensuring the seamless integration of external technologies into our organization. Contribute to our mission of delivering excellent IT services, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining a secure and resilient IT environment. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Responsibilities • Responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud based solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including understanding cloud architecture, services, and cost management, with a focus on security and scalability., • Establish and maintain change management processes to ensure that infrastructure changes are well-documented, controlled, and communicated effectively to minimize disruptions., • Analyze current infrastructure, plan for future needs, and recommend improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency to align with current and future business goals., • Provide strong project management skills to lead integration projects, manage internal requests, set milestones, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution., • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors, including hardware, software, and service providers., • Evaluate vendor performance, track deliverables, and address issues promptly., • Execute cloud integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure needs and select appropriate cloud solutions. • Provide support and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, write technical documentation, and facilitate cross functional collaboration. • Identify complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions quickly. • Provide an understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including how to implement security measures and compliance requirements within cloud and infrastructure environments., • Manage data migration, disaster recovery, and backup solutions in the cloud environment., • Analyze existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability including but not limited to existing infrastructure, telecommunications, and networking., • Provide leadership in guiding technical teams, providing direction, and fostering collaboration and innovation., • Implement best practices for infrastructure management, monitoring, and automation., • Establish and maintain documentation and change management processes., • Address issues related to Windows, O365, Azure, Storage and Server Hardware., • Validate new software and ensure it aligns with operational procedures. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in in computer science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience, • Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning and managing IT infrastructure support and implementation, • Able to lead and supervise staff to align with organizational objectives Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in related field, • Previous IT experience in a healthcare provider organization Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and working at a computer, • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. at times Travel Requirements • This position is a hybrid position with travel when needed, • Must be able to travel to all markets up to 50% of the time VSD CORE VALUES Having fun.
