Position Summary This role is responsible for leading cross‑functional project execution while serving as the Wrike Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) and System Governance Owner. The position ensures consistent delivery of Process Integration initiatives and provides long‑term ownership, governance, and optimization of the Wrike platform across Conectiv. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects with defined scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables and risks, • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, critical path tracking, and risk mitigation strategies, • Lead structured customer-facing and internal requirements-gathering sessions to define and confirm project scope, • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, expectation management, and delivery against commitments, • Drive cross-functional coordination and execution across Operations, IT, Engineering, Commercial, and other stakeholders by clarifying ownership, expectations, and success criteria, • Solve problems and deliver value-added solutions, • Provide clear, regular project status updates, risk assessments, and escalation communications, • Develop, document, and benchmark implementation processes, including SOPs for each project and applicable workstream, • Maintain accurate project documentation to support audits, continuity, and future reference, • Manage scope changes and trade-offs to protect delivery commitments and business priorities, • Ensure readiness for go-live through coordinated cutover planning, validation, and handoff to operations, • Track operational KPIs and metrics to measure project and business impact, • Facilitate analysis, IT coordination, testing cycles, UAT, and change management activities, • Drive cross-functional coordination and execution across Operations, IT, Engineering, Commercial, and other stakeholders by clarifying ownership, expectations, and success criteria, • Prepare materials and reporting for Steering Committee and leadership reviews, • Serve as the internal Wrike Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), • Own Wrike configuration, structure, and alignment to business requirements, • Act as primary liaison between Conectiv stakeholders and Wrike implementation partners, • Manage phased rollout and enhancements of Wrike functionality, • Develop and execute UAT plans and scripts in partnership with business users, • Document Wrike use cases, workflows, and platform SOPs, • Own Wrike system governance, standards, and business rules across Conectiv, • Define and enforce workspace architecture, request forms, workflows, custom fields, statuses, and reporting standards, • Serve as the primary decision‑maker for Wrike configuration changes and enhancement prioritization, • Govern user access, role permissions, and license management in coordination with IT and leadership, • Establish change‑control processes to protect system integrity and reporting consistency, • Ensure Wrike supports executive‑level portfolio visibility and Process Integration standards, • Lead ongoing optimization, scalability planning, and continuous improvement, • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience • 4+ years of project management experience, • Strong proficiency in Microsoft O365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive), • Experience with Wrike required, • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, • Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines within an ever-changing, fast-paced environment • Excellent professional level written and verbal communication skills - ability to interface and communicate effectively with multiple functional groups, geographic regions/cultures, different levels of internal and external organizations, • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists, • Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to earn the trust and confidence of customers and stakeholders (internal/external), • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various work behavior styles and elicit cooperation from a diverse group, including upper management, clients, and other departments • Supply chain, logistics, or operations experience, • Platform governance or systems ownership experience, • PMP certification preferred Work Environment/Physical Requirements This job operates in an onsite professional office environment.
