Job Description JOB SUMMARY:The Sales Support Administrator / Project Manager – Digital Services is responsible for leading customer migrations from a legacy cloud platform to a new digital solution while supporting sales enablement activities. This role combines project management, customer success, and technical coordination to ensure smooth transitions and drive customer adoption. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate customer migrations from legacy systems to new cloud platforms, • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the migration lifecycle, • Develop and manage migration plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies, • Coordinate with sales, inside sales, and engineering teams for successful project delivery, • Manage customer expectations related to timelines, system capabilities, and training, • Identify and resolve technical and operational risks, escalating as needed, • Track project progress, schedules, risks, and provide regular reporting and updates, • Provide customer feedback (VOC) on platform usability and improvement opportunities, • Support sales teams with administrative tasks, customer communication, and reporting, • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and order status updates, • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures Required Qualifications:, • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or customer-facing roles, • Experience in customer implementations, platform migrations, or digital transformation projects, • Strong technical aptitude (software platforms, data migration, system integration), • Excellent communication, customer handling, and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and matrixed teams, • Strong organizational and project management skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications:, • Experience in cloud platforms, automation, or connected infrastructure, • Experience working closely with sales teams on customer-facing initiatives Education: Bachelors Degree Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
