Job Description Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client's medical facility in Everett, WA 98201. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Details: Job Name: Phlebotomist Location: Everett, WA 98201 Job Type: Local Contract Duration: 3 months Contract (Possibilities of extension) Payrate: $22-27/hr. On W2 (Pay Rate is based on experience.) Schedule: Mon to Fri (5 days/ wk.) |Hours between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM (40 hrs. wk.) Job Responsibilities: • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection safely and efficiently across diverse patient populations., • Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for transport and testing., • Manage specimen manifesting, ensuring proper documentation and chain of custody., • Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines., • Verify patient identity and ensure proper test requisition prior to specimen collection., • Monitor and restock supplies to support uninterrupted workflow., • Provide professional and compassionate patient interactions during all procedures. Qualifications: • High school/GED or equivalent., • Current, WA State MA-P (Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist) certification., • Current, BLS Certification.
