Primary Responsibilities: To generate sales by servicing new & current cemetery clients. Specific Duties: • Prospect every day - Make the necessary telephone contacts with prospective customers to maintain an ample supply of leads via cold, at-need, pre-need follow-up & seminars., • Meet and exceed established sales quotas., • Assist families at the time of a death to arrange meaningful celebrations of life that appropriately reflect the life of the person being laid to rest., • Follow up with all families and generate new referrals., • Obtain permanent record files and genealogy on all sales., • Personal deliveries of deed, legal work and coupons (obtain permanent record files & referrals)., • Enter all clients and new prospects with notes into CRM System and follow up with a proven method of success that generates more sales for you., • Promote preplanning to affiliations of cemeteries to include, but not limited to:, • Family & friends of the deceased who are interred in cemetery., • Community members., • Combination of strong customer service with sales background, • Strong networking and prospecting abilities., • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a combination of compassion and empathy, • A results-oriented mindset and passion for closing sales., • We have a strong, established company that is not at risk at all of going anywhere., • PTO, healthcare benefits, 401(k), and profit sharing (for full-time employees), • Flexibility of the hours., • Sense of purpose that you can assist loved ones in trying and hard times in their life., • Flexible and strong income, performance-based where you are able to make more money down the road., • Base salary of $32,500 (for full time) + unlimited commission potential (Majority of income will come from commissions & bonuses), • Monthly bonuses and annual incentive trips., • Comprehensive training to set you up for success. Minimum Requirements: • Driver's License with reliable vehicle and auto insurance (Required), • Ability to obtain Cemetery Sales license through the state of Wisconsin., • Schedule Monday - Friday, some weekends as needed.
