Job Description Property Operations Coordinator — Furnished Corporate Housing F.A.D. Furnished Apartments Dallas manages approximately 50 professionally furnished apartments across 13 buildings in Dallas, serving corporate travelers, relocating professionals, and extended-stay guests. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Property Operations Coordinator to join our small operations team and help keep our units guest-ready and our day-to-day running smoothly. Learn more about what we do before you apply: • Guaranteed raise at 90 days, • Company vehicle provided for daily use, • Growth path with annual raises This is a physical, fast-paced position — part hospitality, part property operations, part logistics. No two days are the same. You will inspect apartments, prepare units for incoming guests, drive between properties in our company van, handle light maintenance, and make sure every guest has a great experience. This is NOT a desk job, and it is NOT a remote position. You will be on your feet and on the road throughout your shift. If you enjoy variety, take pride in the details, and want a stable position with a growing company — keep reading. What You'll Do Inspect and prepare furnished apartments for guest arrivals — quality checks, restocking supplies, polishing units to our standards. Drive our company van between properties daily to transport supplies, linens, and small items. Full apartment setups and large furniture moves are handled by professional moving companies — you won't be hauling sofas up stairs. Perform light maintenance tasks (tightening fixtures, replacing bulbs, minor touch-ups) and coordinate with vendors for anything beyond that. Communicate with guests daily — handle check-in support, respond to requests, and resolve issues quickly and professionally. Manage linen and supply inventories across our properties, ensuring units are always stocked and ready. Run operational errands and deliveries across the Dallas area. Support the team with office-based administrative tasks as needed. Assist in training and supervising housekeepers to maintain our cleaning quality standards. Participate in larger turnover projects when multiple units need to be prepared simultaneously. What We Offer $14/hr during your first 90 days (training period) with a guaranteed raise to $16.80/hr on Day 91 — no negotiation needed, no hoops to jump through. Show up, learn the role, and the raise is yours. A company van for daily use — you are not putting miles on your personal vehicle every day. A small, tight-knit team where your effort is noticed and your work matters. You are not a number here. Variety and independence — you will manage your route, solve problems on the fly, and take ownership of your properties. Stability — F.A.D. has been operating in Dallas for years and continues to grow. We are looking for people who want to grow with us. Annual raise opportunities for team members who demonstrate reliability and initiative. What We Need From You A valid Texas driver's license. You will drive our company van daily between properties across Dallas. Backup access to a personal vehicle for occasional days when both team members are in the field simultaneously, or when the van is in the shop. This is not a daily requirement. Comfort with physical work — carrying supplies and small items, cleaning, light maintenance, and being on your feet and moving throughout your shift. Strong communication skills. You will interact with guests, staff, vendors, and management every day. Attention to detail. Our guests are paying professionals who expect a high standard — you need to notice when something is off and fix it. Availability to work 6 days per week with one rotating day off. Shifts are assigned by management based on workload: — Field Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM — Office Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM A clean background check. Dependability above all else. We need someone who shows up on time, every day, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Strong Advantages (mention these in your interview) Handyman or light maintenance experience — this sets you apart from other candidates. Previous housekeeping, hotel, or hospitality experience. Property management or real estate operations background. Experience with guest-facing roles where you solved problems independently. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Our Hiring Process Step 1: Apply here on Indeed and answer the screening questions honestly. Step 2: If your application looks like a fit, we will send you a message through Indeed with instructions for an in-person interview. Read the instructions carefully. Step 3: Show up on time for your interview. First impressions matter. We respond to qualified applicants quickly. We are actively hiring and ready to bring the right person on board. About F.A.D.
