Compensation & Growth • Base Salary: $75,000, • Performance Bonus: Strong upside tied to location success, • On-Target Earnings: $100,000$115,000+, • Additional profit-sharing opportunities, • Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401K, • Long-term growth potential within a growing family-owned company What Youll Own As the Senior Operations & Client Experience Leader, you will oversee the daily operations and customer experience for our Madison gallery. Youll work closely with: • Design Consultants, • Installation Teams, • Vendors, • Company Leadership Youll be trusted to create structure, maintain high standards, develop people, solve problems quickly, and ensure customers consistently have a premium experience. This role combines: • Leadership, • Operations, • Customer experience, • Scheduling coordination, • Team accountability, • Sales support What Success Looks Like • Customers consistently leave glowing reviews, • The showroom feels welcoming, organized, and professional, • Communication is proactive and clear, • Installations and service appointments run smoothly, • Team members feel supported and accountable, • Problems get solved quickly and professionally, • Leads are followed up with urgency and care, • The location operates with consistency, pride, and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development • Lead and support a small but growing team, • Create a culture of professionalism, urgency, positivity, and accountability, • Coach team members and reinforce high standards, • Ensure every customer interaction feels warm, organized, and professional, • Support showroom customers and scheduled appointments, • Resolve issues calmly and proactively, • Coordinate installations, repairs, and service schedules, • Manage timelines, customer communication, and order accuracy, • Keep projects moving efficiently between sales, vendors, and installers, • Respond quickly to incoming leads and inquiries, • Schedule consultations and support the sales pipeline, • Follow up on opportunities and past customers, • Help drive location growth through consistency and responsiveness What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who combines strong leadership skills with operational organization and emotional intelligence.
