Description Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: Virtual Health Center PTT Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights - from 7 pm to 7:30 am. 3 days per week. Pay: $18.83 - $28.25 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary: Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center. Responsibilities: • Responds to clinical support requests. Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response., • Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management., • Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment., • Follows customer service policies and procedures, and adheres to and improves lean processes., • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
