Due to our rapid growth we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week.
