What you'll do: * Develop planning, organization, execution, and communication for all acquisition integrations. * Work in close partnership with all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication of project updates. * Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects and ensure the business objectives are met. * Regularly report on progress, milestones, and risks associated with each implementation. * Conduct regular project meetings and be responsible for project training and analysis. * Maintain high level knowledge of clinic processes including scheduling, clinical workflows, human resources, vendor set up, billing practices etc. * Build the implementation team including people, tools and processes while setting the standard highs. * Identify and implement best practices for the M&A integration process, developing repeatable and scalable processes. * Establish strong working relationships with providers, peers, direct reports, clinic teams to ensure high engagement and to build a highly collaborative environment. * Serve as day-to-day relationship manager with key individuals at acquired practices from closing of practice until completion of integration and associated handoff to Operations team. * Asses, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and/or issues. * Analyze and troubleshoot workflows to identify patterns, trends, and process improvement opportunities. * Other duties as assigned.
