Job Description • Lead and scale agent production across the South Carolina market, • Coach agents through structured 1:1s focused on pipeline, conversion, and skill development, • Track and manage KPI,s including lead response time, conversion rates, pipeline health, and closings, • Build repeatable systems for onboarding, training, communication, and recognition, • Run energizing, outcome-driven team meetings with clear follow-through, • Address underperformance directly through coaching plans and accountability timelines, • Oversee compliance, contracts, and operational standards aligned with SC real estate law, • Represent the brand locally through recruiting, community presence, and agent engagement, • Active SC Broker-in-Charge license or ability to obtain quickly, • 5+ years of real estate leadership or team-building experience, • Proven track record coaching agents to higher production using systems and metrics, • Comfort with dashboards, CRMs, lead-based models, and performance data, • Strong operational discipline and follow-through, • This is a builder role witha real autonomy and ownership mindset, • Clear expectations, strong leadership support, and modern tools, • A culture that values accountability, growth, and having fun while winning, • Opportunity to shape a market, not just manage one Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Dental insurance, • Paid time off, • Retirement plan, • Vision insurance
