Position: Operations Manager Job Description: Forward Air, Intermodal . is seeking a capable and career-oriented Operations Manager to lead our intermodal operation. The ideal candidate will supervise and help coordinate all activities of support personnel. He/she will provide planning for, direction to, and will control available resources associated with safety, compliance and equipment maintenance. The Estimator will play a critical role in the success of SJ Hamill Construction by leading the estimating process for heavy civil and marine construction projects. This position is responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and working closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and scope definition. The Estimator will also contribute to strategic business growth through proposal development and bid strategy execution.
