Please see job details below: We are looking for a "Salesforce Business Analyst" Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description : Discovery & Requirements : • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops with client business stakeholders, process owners, and executives - from initial scoping sessions through detailed requirements gathering, • Apply structured facilitation techniques to surface current-state pain points, future-state objectives, and prioritized business outcomes, • Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions using process maps, swim lane diagrams, and capability models, • Identify and resolve conflicting requirements across stakeholder groups with confidence and diplomacy, • Develop and maintain a comprehensive business requirements document (BRD) and functional specifications aligned to the Salesforce delivery model, • User Stories & Backlog Management, • Translate business requirements into well-structured, developer-ready user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria, • Own and manage the product backlog in partnership with the project manager and product owner - grooming, prioritizing, and sequencing stories across sprints, • Write epics, features, and stories at the appropriate level of granularity for Agile delivery, • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives as a core team member, • Maintain traceability between business requirements and delivered functionality throughout the program, • Salesforce Configuration, • Take hands-on ownership of declarative Salesforce configuration - fields, objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and permission sets, • Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant clouds based on approved design documentation, • Build and validate Salesforce flows - screen flows, record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, and auto launched flows - to automate business processes, • Collaborate with architects and developers to define the boundary between configuration and code, and ensure the configuration layer is clean, scalable, and documented, • Support data migration activities - data mapping, transformation rules, and validation of migrated records, • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication, • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with client business stakeholders throughout the engagement, • Produce clear, well-structured documentation - meeting notes, decision logs, open issues trackers, and status updates, • Present requirements, designs, and solution walkthroughs to business and technical audiences with equal confidence, • Support change management activities - training materials, process documentation, and user guides aligned to the delivered solution, • Practice Contribution, • Contribute to UST's Salesforce BA practice - developing reusable workshop frameworks, user story templates, and configuration checklists, • Support pre-sales efforts with requirements scoping, estimation input, and solution narrative development, • Mentor junior BAs and analysts on the delivery team Experience :, • 6+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience on enterprise implementations, • Proven track record leading discovery workshops and requirements sessions with senior business stakeholders, • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative configuration - flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, • Strong Agile delivery experience - writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working within sprint-based delivery teams, • Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds - Sales Cloud and Service Cloud at minimum;
