Develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices. Perform psychological testing to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. Supervise interns or junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
