Established, high-level, and rapidly growing plaintiffs’ personal injury firm based in McKinney is seeking an Associate Attorney with a strong desire to represent serious personal injury and wrongful death victims and their families. We have the most experienced team of lawyers in Collin County to effectively train you on how to be an effective personal injury trial lawyer. We will also consider recent law school graduates who demonstrate a strong desire to help injury victims and try cases. Our firm’s culture is built on teamwork and treating each other with respect. Compensation, especially bonuses, tends to increase very significantly for successful attorneys starting in year 2 as they begin successfully closing cases. Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: Ideal candidates will possess: • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, • An understanding of the pre-suit and litigation process, and strong advocacy skills with personal injury trial experience, • JD from an accredited law school, • Admitted to practice in Texas, • Must be Fluent in Spanish, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Well-organized with high-level attention to detail, • Superior analytical, writing, and research skills, • Ability to work in a team environment, • 1-5 Years Personal Injury experience Burress Injury Law PLLC is one of the most respected personal injury firms in North Texas.
