About the Role This attorney will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients. You will conduct initial consultations, lead design meetings, draft and review estate planning documents, and guide clients through review and signing appointments. Your role is to help clients understand their options, build trust, and move forward with the right estate planning or elder law solution. Because we serve a diverse Houston community, Spanishspeaking ability is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients (inperson and virtual), • Listen, assess, and recommend appropriate estate planning or elder law solutions, • Lead design meetings to customize plans based on client goals, • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and ancillary documents, • Conduct review and signing meetings with clarity and confidence, • Collaborate with the drafting team to ensure accuracy and alignment, • Maintain strong communication and followthrough with clients, • Meet or exceed conversion and clientsatisfaction goals in a supportive, teamdriven environment, • Represent the firm with professionalism, empathy, and warmth What Were Looking For • Licensed Texas attorney in good standing, • Spanishspeaking (strongly preferred), • Strong communicator with a natural consultative style, • Comfortable discussing fees, value, and next steps with clients, • Confident leading conversations and simplifying complex legal concepts, • Empathetic, patient, and clientcentered, • Organized and able to manage multiple appointments and drafting tasks daily, • Estate planning or elder law experience is a plus we will train the right person Why Join Us • Balanced role with both client interaction and drafting responsibilities, • Predictable schedule with steady client flow, • Supportive team environment with dedicated drafting and operations staff, • Competitive compensation with performance incentives, • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Texas families
