Job Description Hourly Pay: $37.85 - $37.85 The Encore Boston Harbor Casino Supervisor is responsible for front line guest service on the casino floor in the table games area. This includes dealer supervision, game protection, ability to calculate average bets, assisting guests with various needs and enforcing all departmental procedures and state regulations. Key responsibility is to provide outstanding guest service and contribute to positive guest experience. Job Description Salary Pay: $66,000.00-$71,000.00 The Encore Boston Harbor Shift Manager – Beverage will ensure that all deployed Beverage personnel are executing their functions correctly. This includes the administrative organization of Beverage personnel in advance of their assignments, but then the monitoring and overseeing of their function once deployed. Because of the structure of the department, the Beverage Shift Manager will be required to spend time between multiple outlets across the property, including restaurants, lounges, service bars and any other area where alcoholic beverage service is being delivered. This includes, but is not limited to; the management of the department strategy and ensuring alignment with overall Encore Boston Harbor strategy; maximizing opportunities for departmental and company success; maintaining all Encore Standards: and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
