Job Description The Refrigeration Manager is responsible for leading and developing Avanti’s refrigeration operation, including the team, scheduling, materials, fleet, installation quality, and project coordination. This role serves as Avanti’s internal refrigeration resource and builds the company’s ability to quote, coordinate, install, and support walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and custom refrigeration systems. The manager works across Avanti teams and with Kitchen King, manufacturers, and consultants to deliver successful projects and support business growth. • Team leadership and development (20%): Lead and support a team; set expectations, coordinate assignments, coach team members, and identify staffing or hiring needs based on workload., • Scheduling and project coordination (20%): Coordinate daily schedules, returns, project priorities, and resources; work with Avanti teams to support timely project completion., • Installation quality and technical oversight (20%): Establish and maintain consistent standards for installation quality and fit and finish; provide technical guidance and help resolve complex refrigeration issues. About the Opportunity: The Quality Assurance Manager leads Pioneer Circuits' Quality Assurance function, ensuring products, processes, and quality systems consistently meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the Quality Assurance team while partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and customers to drive continuous improvement, strengthen the Quality Management System, and improve overall business performance. As the leader of the Quality Assurance department, this position is responsible for developing team capabilities, ensuring audit readiness, driving corrective and preventive actions, improving quality metrics, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization. What You'll Do: • Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Assurance team by establishing clear priorities, providing performance feedback, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement., • Oversee daily Quality Assurance operations, ensuring customer requirements, production support activities, inspections, and quality system responsibilities are completed accurately and on schedule., • Oversee the contract and purchase order quality review process, ensuring customer quality requirements are evaluated prior to order acceptance, manufacturing capabilities are aligned, and quality risks are identified and addressed before production begins. California Pay Range $89,400—$115,000 USD The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
