Background: As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate assigned packaging machines to pre-established line run speed. Responsibilities: • Set-up and manage machines to perform at the desired, pre-established specifications., • Ensure machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company., • Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results., • Provides direction to other line members and ensures smooth operation., • Responsible for completing Packaging Filling Records., • Visually inspect labels for defects and run samples., • Record all machine actions by completing production logs., • Produce High Quality finished goods (At All Times), • Maintain a clean and safe work area., • Escalates quality, service, and equipment performance issues to supervision., • Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor which may become necessary to support departmental/organizational objectives.
