Job Description Lead Customer Service Representative (Shift Leader) The Lead Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting store leadership. This position assists the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations and helps set the example for clean, friendly, and in-stock (CFI) standards.
