Job Description Job Title: Framer2nd Shift - 2:00pm-10:30pm (OT Available) Pay: $17.60-18.15/hr Location: Northside Jacksonville - Near Alta Drive (32226) Job Description Join our team in the manufacturing and assembly of industrial power systems. You will be responsible for constructing the metal frames of industrial electrical cabinets. This role requires the ability to read schematics and engineering drawings, and proficiency in using hand and power tools such as power drills, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures. The work environment is non-climate controlled, and you will be required to stand for the entire shift, occasionally standing on ladders as units can reach up to 8 feet in height. Responsibilities • Manufacture and assemble industrial power systems., • Assemble metal components and framework., • Read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings., • Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks., • Proficiency in using hand and power tools., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings., • High School Diploma or GED. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a pay raise, profit sharing, benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and 401k upon permanent conversion. Profit sharing bonuses are paid quarterly. The production floor is not climate controlled, but industrial-sized ceiling fans help to keep the air moving. Safety shoes, safety glasses, and earplugs may be required. The shift runs from 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
