Job Description Providence Imaging Center, a Rezolut Company, is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team! Who is Rezolut & Shin Imaging? Shin Imaging provides a full range of diagnostic imaging services to meet the needs of all patients and referring physicians and utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide the best imaging possible. Essential Functions of a Sales Specialist • Coordinate the sales team and assist with recruiting and training new hires., • Provide product demonstrations to staff and clients and take the lead in resolving complaints., • Analyze sales team performance and schedule training/refresher sessions accordingly., • Conduct market research and share findings with the team., • Work alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base., • Set sales targets and implementing incentives., • Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources so targets are met., • Manage a network of vendors and suppliers., • Maintain excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust and encourage the rest of the sales team to follow this example., • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or combination of education and experience., • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar., • Valid driver's license., • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills., • Ability to think on your feet., • Excellent customer service and leadership skills., • Strong networking abilities., • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions., • Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance, • 401(k), • Basic Life/AD&D, • Disability Insurance, • Paid Time Off
