Schedule/Hours: • Night shifts: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., • Every other weekend rotation, • Holiday coverage: 75% of major holidays, • 6-week scheduling cycles, • Active RN license (unrestricted, compact eligible), • Minimum 2 years of recent, dedicated NICU experience, • BLS and NRP certifications required, • Proficient in: basic vent management, central line care, pre/post-surgical management, tracheostomy and G-tube, breastfeeding and gavage feeding, blood transfusion, and infant venous sticks, • Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to neonates (23 weeks to term), • Support pre- and post-surgical infants, participate in breastfeeding support, and perform advance feeding interventions, • Float as needed to General Pediatrics, PICU, Adolescent Pediatrics, and Pediatric Hem/Onc, • Collaborate closely with charge nurses, NAs, and cross-disciplinary teams, • Highly competitive, tax-advantaged travel stipends, • Comprehensive healthcare coverage and 401(k) options for long-term security, • Premium compensation for travel assignments, • Expert travel support and assistance throughout your placement, • Expand your network and skillset in a prestigious teaching environment #p31
