Job Title:Regional Director Job Location: Local Office Job Status:Full-time, exempt Job Summary:The primary function of the Regional Director is to carry out the mission and vision of Unbound Now by providing leadership for regional staff, overseeing regional operations, representing Unbound Now in regional communities, and playing a key role in ensuring that sufcient funds are available to support Unbound Nows programs and operations, spending a majority of time engaging in regional development activities, collaborating with other development-engaged staff in fundraising on behalf of Unbound Now as a whole. As this job description is unique to the expanded Regional Director role, specific responsibilities and outcomes may be modified as the regional structure is refined. Compensation:Annual salary Benets: Unbound Now offers a generous benefits package including health insurance for employee and family with premiums covered by employer; employer-paid life insurance for employee; and the option to participate in Unbound Now's retirement plan (with 3% salary match after 90 days with a 1-year vesting period). Dental and Vision are available at employee expense. Schedule/Availability: Generally, 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday; occasional evenings and weekends; anticipated 40-50 hours/week Working conditions: Work is performed in a normal office environment or other professional environment. Work duties may occasionally be performed in an environment that requires exposure to weather extremes, fumes, odors, and noise. Travel: This position requires travel throughout the service region and may require limited travel for training and team/professional development opportunities. Job Responsibilities: • Provide leadership for teams within the region, facilitating regular team meetings and maintaining a staff culture in alignment with Unbound Nows HOPE principles., • Oversee regional operations, • Engage in regional development opportunities with a majority of work time, actively engaging with and energizing donors, foundations, grantors, etc., in coordination with Unbound Nows development leadership. Encourage gifts where most needed, accepting donations restricted to location or program only as requested by the donor., • Carry accountability for keeping regional expenses within budget, • Support the hiring process for regional staff, with shared approval responsibility on all regional hires alongside the relevant program director, • Communicate regional successes and impact effectively to funders, volunteers, Unbound Now, and the community, • Support staff in developing good relationships with local agencies and organizations, community leaders, elected ofcials, churches, businesses, and individuals in the region to ensure a collaborative approach to combating trafcking and supporting survivors, • Present/speak at signicant community events within the region, • Develop and engage regional advisory board(s) geared toward supporting Unbound Nows development efforts., • Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, develop and manage high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and contain expenses within a budget, • Deep knowledge of the eld of human trafcking and the programs and operations of Unbound Now, • Action-oriented and adaptable, • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with others, • Passion, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed, • Ability and willingness to maintain the condentiality of sensitive information, • Willingness to use personal vehicle for work travel; valid drivers license; reliable vehicle; current car insurance, • Submit expense documentation properly and within required time frames per the company expense policy, • Card Managers are responsible for reviewing each team members spend and assessing adherence to policy weekly, and following all Ramp Monthly Closeout Instructions and Process, • Submit travel reimbursements daily and approve TripLog weekly, adhering to all travel guidelines, • Review and approve timesheets bi-weekly- identifying that grant allocations are met, • Complete all Unbound Now required training on time Desired Outcomes: • Staff and volunteers unied, motivated, and fully engaged in Unbound Nows anti-trafcking and survivor-support work; exhibiting Unbound Nows HOPE principles for staff culture; and engaged in Unbound Now as a whole, as well as their local team, • Financial provision for Unbound Nows programs and operations, • Regional Advisory Board(s) informed and empowered to support Unbound Now as a whole, • Strong, collaborative working relationships within the region Working Relationships: Reports to: Unbound Now Chief Leadership & Culture Officer- CLCO Supervises: TBD Works with: Regional coalition(s) and/or task force(s); Unbound Now development team; Unbound Now HQ staff; other regional directors Experience and Education: • Bachelors degree in Nonprofit Leadership, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field preferred., • 35+ years in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a nonprofit organization., • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team, often across multiple sites or programs within a region., • Demonstrated success in fundraising, including cultivating donor and stakeholder relationships and securing diverse funding sources., • Experience working collaboratively with regional partner agencies., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly, especially in challenging and complex environments., • Demonstrated history of achieving positive outcomes through effective group facilitation and stakeholder engagement in previous roles or projects., • Ability to empathize with stakeholders perspectives, navigate sensitive issues diplomatically, and build trust to facilitate open dialogue and consensus-building process. Job Requirements: • Mature Christian faith reected in regular attendance at a local Christian church, • Thorough commitment to the vision, mission, and values of Unbound Now, • Agree to take and pass a criminal background check, • Pass employment authorization verication, • Provide at least three references (supervisor, other professional, and personal), • Abide by Unbound Now policies at all times, • Strong leadership, relationship management, and nonprot development experience, with a track record of success, • Strong written and verbal communication skills - persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills, • Ability to engage others (including regional staff, volunteers, donors, advisory board members, and community leaders) in Unbound Nows mission, • Ability to develop and operationalize strategies that can take Unbound Now to its next stage of growth in coordination with Unbound Nows strategic plan, • Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, develop and manage high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and contain expenses within a budget, • Deep knowledge of the eld of human trafcking and the programs and operations of Unbound Now, • Action-oriented and adaptable, • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with others, • Passion, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed, • Ability and willingness to maintain the condentiality of sensitive information Physical Requirements: • Demands include sitting for long periods at a computer, repetitive hand motions from frequent keyboarding, • Demands frequently require close visual attention and prolonged mental concentration, • Demands frequent video calls, • Ability to drive personal vehicles and maintain proper insurance coverage, • Demands sometimes require the ability to lift loads to 50 pounds
