Payroll Administrator/Staff Accountant • Ensure accurate and timely processing of company bi-weekly's ADP payroll., • Lead support on company operations in the ADP payroll that includes Job P&L analysis and verify all main job cost codes and job site cost codes., • Review, audit and balance all weekly payroll-related inputs to ensure accurate and timely payment of earnings, deductions, taxes, expense report re-imbursements are all compliant with federal & state regulations., • Audit ADP reports to ensure errors are identified and reported to appropriate departments in a timely manner including A/R invoicing processing and corrections., • Validate ADP payroll reconciliation prior to processing., • 401K payments and state tax compliance., • Run report to ensure garnishment order deductions are accurately withheld or end dated as instructed on the order., • Resolve ADP payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information., • Execute standard ADP Payroll reports/queries as well as conduct ad-hoc reporting as necessary., • Interact with employees, HR Partners, and vendors to answer payroll related inquiries via phone or email., • Supervise and oversee the regular Accounts Payable function, check signing process, cash requirements, credit cards including loans ensuring they are on time and of the correct amount., • Assistant Finance Manager on P&L, financial reporting and analysis., • Work with the Finance Manager on the preparation and allocation of financial reports for the company., • Maintains general accounting, cost accounting, payables and receivables, and general ledger reconciliation on a monthly basis., • Monitors the organization's banking activity and reconciles bank balances., • Assist in review of financial-related contracts with the NLRB, Workman’s Compensation and all company insurance, legal and financial requirements., • Maintain a follow-up system with customers and vendors., • Understand all of the company’s finance and WINTEAM AND ADP systems., • Review multiple reports on a weekly basis on the company’s financial expenditures by various departments and expense report compliance., • Assist in development of policies and procedures regarding all Finance related activities., • Well-rounded knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement., • WINTEAM software preferred. Requirements • Solid Career Experience in ADP, • 5+ years in Corporate Finance HQ or large division., • Degree in Finance and/or Accounting, • Detail-oriented, good communication skills, • Strong drive and positive attitude, • Able to effectively influence and develop strong relationships., • Good knowledge of GAAP, IAS., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
