This executive provides strategic oversight for project planning, execution, governance, and performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and in alignment with corporate financial and operational goals. This leader will drive the integration of standardized processes, modern tools, and actionable performance metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery. The EVP also champions operational excellence, fosters a culture of accountability, and leads the development of high-performing project-management teams. As a key member of the executive leadership group, this individual influences company-wide strategy, supports business development efforts, and represents the organization at major industry events. Responsibilities • Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for all project-management operations., • Develop and maintain PMO frameworks, governance models, and standardized methodologies that support efficient, repeatable execution., • Lead the creation and monitoring of enterprise KPIs including schedule adherence, cost performance, project margins, safety performance, and client satisfaction., • Oversee portfolio-level reporting and deliver data-driven insights on trends, performance, and improvement opportunities., • Partner closely with operations, engineering, estimating, finance, and field leadership to align project execution with organizational priorities., • Lead organizational transformation and process-improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and scalability across multiple regions., • Manage risk management and change-control programs, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of project issues., • Develop, mentor, and assess senior project-management leaders, building a deep bench of future leadership and succession readiness., • Manage divisional budgets, staffing strategies, and financial performance; drive cost-control initiatives without compromising safety or quality., • Support business development through executive-level client engagement, strong delivery performance, and relationship stewardship., • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices., • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred., • Minimum 15 years of progressive project-management experience within large-scale construction, utility, or infrastructure environments., • At least 5–7 years in a senior or executive PMO leadership role overseeing large, complex project portfolios., • Demonstrated experience with project controls, scheduling, cost forecasting, risk management, and enterprise governance frameworks., • Proven ability to develop and implement standardized project-management processes across multi-regional or multi-division operations., • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing large budgets, contracts, and P&L responsibility., • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational-change capabilities., • Ability to influence at all levels, from field operations to executive leadership and external stakeholders., • Commitment to safety, quality, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
