Job DescriptionSalary: $45,000 - $80,000 annually Job Title: HR, Compliance, and Office Administrator Company: Credit Systems International, Inc. Primary Responsibilities Human Resources Support • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance, • Coordinate background checks, licensing, and compliance training, • Track PTO, benefits, and employee documentation, • Maintain confidentiality in all HR matters Regulatory & State Compliance • Monitor and renew state and agency licenses (multi-state), • Assist with FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA compliance documentation, • Maintain internal compliance files for audits and licensing, • Stay updated on federal and state regulatory changes Office Administration • Perform general office tasks (filing, scheduling, supplies), • Coordinate office/vendor communications and maintain organization, • Assist management with reports, forms, and data entry, • Support day-to-day operational efficiency and documentation Who We Are Looking For Youre tech-savvy, proactive, and love solving problems.
