ROLE SUMMARY The Manager Colleague Services Governance is a pivotal role with matrix leadership responsibilities focused on enhancing the global governance framework and ensuring that CS governance processes are robust effective and aligned with the organizations strategic goals. This role is responsible for aligning and calibrating internal and external CS governance meetings globally consolidating feedback to inform future organizational objectives that enhance the Pfizer colleague experience. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate on the design and execution of the Colleague Services vision: • Develop a strategic roadmap to promote the shared services culture and mindset across Colleague Services connecting all teams, • Monitor and recommend improvements for CS external governance strategy, • Foster strong relationships with business partners internal and external to GBS Colleague Services globally to understand their needs and address feedback effectively. Promote stakeholder engagement and alignment., • Drive consistency and effectiveness in governance meetings across all regions. Define templates to be used to drive focus cadences and scope of different forums. Templates may include Governance forums presentations Work Instructions CS Playbook Training and job aids knowledge management documents., • Emphasize the value that shared services bring to the organization and facilitate smooth adoption throughout the change curve process., • Contribute to change management efforts during transformation initiatives and provide support to teams in addressing and adapting to organizational change., • Work with CS Analytics and Insights to present data-driven narratives about the organizations impact and progress through established governance forums., • Ensure that governance processes are continuously reviewed and refined to meet the evolving needs of the organization., • Work with GPLs to keep the GBS CS Playbook current and accurate for their processes., • Collect prioritization for CS PLI goals calibration each semester and monitor team goals regularly throughout the semester., • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders on Global governance changes., • Prepare and facilitate regular operational reviews with Service Delivery leads to assess performance identify areas for improvement and implement best practices., • Support business market leaders and assure compliance with the CS governance model, • Collaborate with Service Delivery leads to ensure governance activities are effectively supporting operational excellence., • Monitor and develop ways to promote compliance and understanding of governance model, • Utilize metrics and data analysis to provide meaningful insights that support decision-making and strategic planning. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a masters degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience., • Experience in HR operations Payroll or Human Resources or shared services roles, • Demonstrated strong business acumen, • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders fostering genuine trust and partnership across all organizational levels, • Excellent problem-solving analytical communication and interpersonal skills, • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of escalated issues, • Ability to resolve escalated issues quickly and independently with both internal and external stakeholders, • Track record of results delivering impactful continuous improvement projects and process optimization, • Self-starter, • Able to navigate and adapt effectively in ambiguous situations, • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Ability todrive changeand influence across teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Prior global shared service experience a plus, • Experience with Service Now or other similar case management system, • Experience with continuous improvement operating model transformation and operations optimization, • Thorough understanding of HR processes NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS • Ability to work in a global work environment which may require conference calls and work outside of local working hours, • Travel including international travel up to 20% Other Job Details: • Last day to apply: September 10 2025 The annual base salary for this position ranges from $86800.00 to $144600.00.
