This role will focus on collecting, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data across multiple systems to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making. The analyst will work closely with company leadership to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with evolving data, enjoys solving practical business problems, and can clearly explain insights to non-technical audiences. This is an in-person role that collaborates closely with leadership and internal teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Data Analysis & Reporting • Collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems, • Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses, • Identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement, • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity, • Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools, • Assist with data modeling, calculations, and report optimization, • Automate data refreshes and troubleshoot reporting issues, • Assist in evaluating and implementing new software tools as needed, • Support data integrations between systems, • Help document reporting logic, data workflows, and processes, • Identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive data tasks, • Improve reporting and data workflows for efficiency and accuracy, • Partner with leadership to support continuous process improvements Requirements and Qualifications: • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, • Proficiency with Power BI or similar reporting tools, • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, • Understanding of data validation, processing, and organization, • Experience with SQL, APIs, or integrations is a plus, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • High attention to detail and data accuracy, • Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to work a full time schedule, • You must successfully pass all pre-employment screening that includes reviewing criminal history, driving record, verification of work history, and verification of academic credentials, licenses, and certifications What We Offer: • We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.
