Check out our website: home | Mechanical Reps Job Description: The Senior Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations through advanced inventory control, shipping/receiving, workflow coordination, and customer service collaboration. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert within the warehouse, helps guide junior staff, and ensures that daily processes run smoothly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform advanced shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and verifying items against purchase and sales orders., • Assemble, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery., • Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory., • Monitor stock levels and notify leadership when replenishment is needed., • Create and receive purchase orders in the system with accuracy., • Process daily sales orders, transfers, and receipts in the computer system., • Assist in resolving order or inventory discrepancies (pricing, quantities, acknowledgements, delayed shipments, etc.)., • Collaborate with sales teams on order status, stock availability, and issue resolution., • Prepare shipments and parcels for mailing or freight pickup., • Maintain organization of warehouse shelves, bins, racks, and storage areas., • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly at all times., • Perform basic maintenance of warehouse tools, equipment, and supplies., • Assist in sorting, labeling, and placing materials in designated storage locations., • Process COD customer payments such as cash, checks, and credit cards., • Drive a 16-ft box truck to deliver products to local customers and job sites when needed., • Assist with facilities-related tasks such as basic upkeep or minor repairs., • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
