As a skilled Commercial Roofing Maintenance & Repair Foreman, you will lead and perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on various commercial roof systems. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to safety while treating customers and team members with respect. Position Duties & Responsibilities: • Locate leaks and repair all types of roofing, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC, metal panels, and coatings., • Maintain company vehicles, power tools, and hand tools. Keep a clean and stocked service truck/van., • Lead by example, motivate the crew, and foster a positive team environment., • Make sound decisions, anticipate issues, and propose solutions., • Maintain professional interactions with customers and team members., • Accurately complete work orders, document labor and materials, and provide photo documentation., • Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, and mobile devices (smartphone or tablet)., • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly., • Ability to climb ladders, work from knees, twist, bend, and work at heights., • Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and consistent attendance., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • 5+ years of commercial roofing experience.
