Job Description Overview Hiring: Showroom Sales Consultant Company: Coastal Supply Group Location: Staten Island, NY Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours), 9 am -5 pm Mon- Fri, 8 am -3 pm Saturday. Position Overview The Showroom Sales Consultant plays a key role in driving sales, growing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position works directly with homeowners, contractors, and designers to select products, provide expert guidance, and coordinate orders. Key Responsibilities • Assist customers in selecting plumbing fixtures and related products based on project size, budget, and design preferences., • Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits., • Prepare accurate bids, proposals, and order documentation., • Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and vendor partners., • Educate customers on project timelines, installation requirements, and supply chain processes., • Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and sales goals., • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom., • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product lines. Qualifications • 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role., • Experience with plumbing, HVAC, construction, & wholesale distribution., • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred., • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills., • Experience using 20/20 Software., • Experience selling kitchens, kitchen cabinets., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines., • Sales ability and persuasiveness., • Customer focus and active listening., • Strong organizational and time management skills., • Technical knowledge of products and applications., • Opportunities for career growth and development., • Supportive, team-oriented work environment., • Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, ADD., • Profit Sharing, 401K with match., • Paid Time Off, 6 Paid Holidays.
