WHAT YOULL DO • Conduct Medical Assessments Complete intake screenings including vitals, health history, interviews, and drug tests., • Administer Medications Dispense medications per treatment plans and monitor effectiveness., • Educate Patients Provide guidance on medications, wellness, and recovery support., • Maintain Documentation Accurately update MARs, progress notes, and other clinical records., • Assist with Diagnostics Support the medical team with tests and procedures., • Respond to Emergencies Provide first aid, CPR, or other stabilization as needed., • Collaborate Across Teams Partner with Recovery Support Specialists and clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care., • Support Facility Operations Assist with administrative tasks, front desk coverage, and teamwork as needed. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Required: • Current Indiana LPN license in good standing., • At least 6 months of nursing experience., • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills., • 1+ years of experience in behavioral health, detox, or substance use treatment., • Knowledge of withdrawal management, psychotropic medications, and MAT protocols.
