Job Description A direct client of ours located in Queens NY is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team on a multi year contract project. • Plans, organizes, and directs activities concerned with the construction of structures, facilities, and systems., • Confers with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems., • Supports with project delivery strategies., • Schedules the project in logical steps and budgets time required to meet deadlines., • Coordinates the project procurement, selection of contractors and assists with contract paperwork and management of changes., • Coordinates QA/QC quality control plans., • Oversees safety management plans., • Oversees the building permit process and compliance with codes., • Participates in weekly construction meetings., • Full-Time on client site in Queens, NY, • Sports & Rec experience preferred but not required, • Best for NYC and Long Island based candidates, • Ground up construction of new 4 story building, • Renovation of Tennis Stadium suites, • 4 year program duration JSG offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, short-term disability, 401(k), weekly pay, and more.
