Contractors will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of company property, including offices, client residences, facilities, and vehicle assets, in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Scope of Work Service Expectations & Deliverables: The contractor is responsible for providingstructured addiction treatment servicesin alignment with program needs, including:Residences are to be cleaned 1-2 times per week, offices are to be cleaned daily each week day, company owned vehicles are to be cleaned weekly.Perform cleaning services in offices, client rooms, facilities, and vehicles based on provided cleaning schedules and checklists.Submit completed cleaning checklists daily by 5:00 PM.Submit weekly cleaning schedules every Friday by 5:00 PM.Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.Contractor is expected to provide their own transportation, equipment, consumables and supplies.
