Responsibilities: • Build sales through excellent product execution, guest service, and team management., • Assists in managing and training the team to attain sales goals., • Assists in the managing daily operations, guest service, training, product quality, merchandising, cleanliness, and food safety., • Maintain Sweetwaters brand standards., • Supports GM in reviewing, preparing, and submitting orders, inventory, scheduling, and payroll., • Supports GM in marketing events.Requirements:, • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written., • Enjoys working with people, able to multi-task, and enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment., • Strong guest service skills, friendly, accurate, and efficient., • Passionate about preparing excellent beverages, pastries, desserts, and savory foods., • Strong work ethic, driven, and detail oriented., • Fun attitude about work and life, loves to laugh, and desires to create a positive team environment., • Flexible availability with a minimum of 30 hours/week.Required education:, • High school or equivalent., • Able to use Microsoft Office Word and Excel.Required experience & certifications:, • 2 years of supervisory or shift lead experience, • ServSafe certified preferredAdvancement Opportunities:, • General Management training for qualified candidates Submission for consideration: Cover letter noting your available start date and desired salary.
